We strive to get your orders out quickly! In-stock orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days from the time they are placed. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock or discontinued, you will be contacted by our customer service department.
For US retail orders, we charge a flat rate of $8.95 for each order placed. Any order over $100 is shipped for free.
For Canada & USVI retail orders, we charge a flat rate of $19.95 for each order, in addition to any taxes & duties necessary for international shipments.
For all other International retail orders, the shipping cost will be calculated by out international shipping system, it will also include any additional taxes & duty costs.
We use UPS as our main carrier. USPS will be used for all P.O. Box shipping addresses.
Retail customers will be able to retrieve all of their order and shipment information from their Joy Accessories account page and will also receive a confirmation email with an order number after the order is placed.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Any delivery dates provided by Joy Susan are estimates, and we reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.
