Below are the directions to access our wholesale website:
- Go to Joy Susan Wholesale
- Use your customer number that is listed on your most recent invoice.
- Your password is set to your billing zip code by default.
- Click on the LOGIN button at the bottom of the page.
If you do not know your customer number, please click on the FIND MY CUSTOMER ID button at the bottom of the page.
Once you follow through the steps, you will have access to our wholesale website.

For New Customers:
To be considered for a wholesale account, you must first request an account number by completing the form below, all account requests require approval by the local sales representative.
Once your account is approved, we will email you a customer number that you can use to log into our wholesale website. You can also visit Find Your Sales Rep to contact your local sales representative to place orders and learn about our product lines. Please note first orders are $500 minimum and $300 minimum re-orders.
